Completati gli studi di organo e composizione organistica,
Clavicembalo e Pianoforte, Francesca De Santis si è dedicata alla composizione,
specializzandosi nella scrittura e revisione di brani per organo, in formazione
solistica e di musica da camera, e nell'improvvisazione libera e su tema dato.
Ha seguito corsi di perfezionamento esecutivo su organo e cembalo (Tagliavini,
Radulescu, Conti, Tilney, Bovet ed altri ancora) e lezioni di improvvisazione
organistica (Roth, Meyer e Jean Galard). Ha approfondito lo studio del basso
continuo (J. B. Christensen) e del Canto Gregoriano, materia che insegna presso
il Conservatorio di Bari. Si esibisce in concerto, in Italia e all' estero .

Once having completed the studies of Organ and Organ
Compositing, Harpsichord and Piano, Francesca De Santis has dedicated herself to
the compositing. She specialized in the writing and transcriptions of pieces for
pipe organ, both in " a solo " and chamber music, and in improvisation,
both free and on a theme . She has followed specialization courses for Organ and
Harpsichord (Tagliavini, Radulescu, Conti, Tilney, Bovet and others) and lessons
of improvisation for organ (Roth, Meyer and Jean Galard). She has developed the
study of the continuous bass (J. B. Christensen) and of the Gregorian Chant,
that is the subject she currently teaches at the N. Piccinni State Conservatory
of Music. As an international concert organist she has given recitals in Italy
and abroad. |
